Electronic Communication

When using Neolithic, you are agreeing to purchase items at significantly lower prices than from any other physical store. To maintain such prices, the Team of Neolithic will communicate with you electronically, primarily via e-mail. By using the site you agree to accept electronic communication and to respond by the same means. Electronic communication includes; website text, e-mails, reviews, notifications and online requests/questions.

Trademarks

Neolithic trademarks, including logo, web design and text, cannot not be used outside the Neolithic website without prior written permission from Management of the store. Links to Neolithic from other websites are allowed, as long as the description given for the store is in accordance with the products found in our store and the information given is not misleading, derogatory and/or offensive in any manner.

License and Site Access

All visitors to the site, may create an account with Neolithic and start using the site to its full. You are allowed to use this account for personal use and/or business use. For the protection of trademarks and copyright material, no person and/or entity is allowed to copy any material from the website including; Listings, Descriptions, Account Information, Images, Page Layout, Meta Tags and/or any other visible/un-visible information available from the Website.

Account

It is the sole responsibility of the account holder to ensure its protection against fraud. Neolithic has no way of checking the actual identity of the person ‘logging in’ under an account. For your security, Neolithic uses a payment gateway ‘PayPal’ for all the Credit Card Transactions. This means that even if your account is stolen, no fraudulent payments can actually be made. Simply drop us an e-mail at info@glowimage.com.au and we will null that account for you. You can then create a new account and continue shopping.

Neolithic gives you the possibility to E-Mail staff, Post Reviews & Ask Questions on any product. In good faith of your custom, Neolithic doesn’t usually regulate this material, but does reserve the right to withdraw any posted comments and/or material that is deemed to be offensive, defamatory, false and/or inappropriate. When posting a comment/review please address the product for which the review is being submitted. By submitting a comment and/or review for a product, you are entitling Neolithic (IECG P/L) to reproduce this comment at its own discretion throughout the website and you warrant that you own or control the rights to the content you post. Please do not post any comments unless you agree with the previous sentence.

Risk of Loss

When you purchase a product, Neolithic guarantees that your product will be delivered to the carrier of your choice for transit to occur. Responsibility of transportation is then passed on to you. The customer is responsible for tracking & enquiring about a product in transit.

Product Descriptions

Neolithic reserves the right to use descriptions given by suppliers or to write its own. Generally speaking there will be a combination of the two, as we listen to tracks and write a short review of what we think. In writing these reviews we try to give a technical description rather than simply praise our items. The task of deciding what you like rests entirely with you, and the audio samples provided to help make up that decision. The length of different reviews and their content should not be interpreted in any single way. Reviews by members tend to be misleading sometimes, as they are very much based on personal taste. The best way to ensure you like any item is to listen to it. All customers are advised to use the Audio Samples as their priority guide for deciding upon which records to purchase.

Modifications / Serviceability

Because of continuous demands from consumers for different and more ergonomic features, Neolithic may sometimes be modified to accommodate such features. Any changes made to the site will not hinder the customer, and they are only done if Management believes that it is in the interest of the customer. Serviceability of the site is done on a regular basis, usually between 12am and 1am at night. This is when new items are added, modifications are implemented, and updates are e-mailed to account holders. Please do not alarm, if the site is temporarily unavailable for a few minutes during this time.
